Your order will be delivered within the specified time on our website, depending on the distance to the delivery address provided by the customer for each product, provided it does not exceed the legal 30-day period. Deliveries will be made through our designated courier companies or distribution network, with identity verification. Customers cannot request delivery through a different courier company.
 
The shipping cost for orders is added to the total order amount from our customers during the final stages of the online purchase on our website. Shipping costs are automatically specified on our website. Shipping costs are calculated and added to the invoice online during the shopping process. Customers are informed of the shipping cost on the basket page, and this is clearly stated. Thus, the final payment amount reflects both the product price and the shipping cost. Since our orders are sent with the sender paying, customers do not need to pay any extra fees when receiving the ordered products.
 
If you have placed a pre-order, your order will be delivered on the specified day on our website. There may be a delay of 1 or 2 days during this period.
 
If the ordered product is to be delivered to a person or organization other than the customer, our website and company cannot be held responsible if the recipient refuses the delivery.
 
Customers must carefully inspect the order package upon receipt, not accepting damaged or faulty packages. The package is considered delivered in full and intact when received by the customer at the time of delivery. Therefore, when receiving orders, we strongly urge customers to open the package in front of the courier and, if applicable, identify any problematic products. To initiate the return process, you must inform us by documenting the situation with the courier as a witness. Whether the received package has been opened before you or whether the package is deformed must be clearly stated in the report, signed by both you and the courier.
 
Customers declare, accept, and undertake to enter all required information on the website accurately and completely. Sales from www.cosmed.com.tr are made to customers aged 18 and over residing in Turkey. If a customer misrepresents their age and places an order while under 18, our website has the unilateral right to cancel the order. In such a case, the customer and/or their first-degree guardian will be responsible for any legal issues our company may face, and under no circumstances can they claim any rights or receivables.
 
www.cosmed.com.tr may change, increase, decrease, or remove payment options over time. Tax-free sales are not conducted, and VAT is applied to all sold products.

AEGEAN KOZMETİK A.Ş. reserves the right to change the content of the site, product prices, and all other site information without prior notice. In case of any malfunction or other technical reasons that may occur during the provision of services on www.cosmed.com.tr during or at any time, or interruptions in providing these services due to hardware, software, or internet server issues, or stock shortages; our company cannot be held responsible.
 
www.cosmed.com.tr is owned by AEGEAN KOZMETİK A.Ş.. The customer is considered to have accepted all contracts and terms of use conditions listed on our website when the order is placed.
 
For orders placed with the bank transfer payment option, if the payment is not made within 3 days, the order will be automatically canceled. The product reserved for that customer during the 3 days will be restocked for sale. Our company is not responsible for any problems arising from the cancellation of the order and the depletion of stock due to this situation. Customers acknowledge and accept that all expenses arising from this situation are their responsibility, and our company is exempt from any problems that may arise.
 
In case of any disputes arising from the Terms of Service Agreement and User Rights text, Tüketici Hakem Heyetleri (Consumer Arbitration Committees) up to the value declared by the Ministry of Industry and Trade and Istanbul Consumer Courts are authorized.
 
In the event of a completed order, our customer is deemed to have accepted all contracts and terms of use conditions listed on our website.
