I want to return the product/products in my order. What should I do?

In the event of any unwanted situation, such as damage or breakage during the delivery of Cosmed.com.tr products, it is necessary to inform www.cosmed.com.tr by taking a photo of the product without breaking the packaging on the day the package is received, writing a return report, and sending it to Cosmed (siparis@cosmed.com.tr). You can then follow the subsequent process through your bank.
As a basic rule, you can return the product you purchased within 7 business days from the delivery date in accordance with the contract conditions specified by www.cosmed.com.tr. To do this, include the invoice issued by www.cosmed.com.tr, along with a note stating the reason for the return.

**PLEASE SEND YOUR RETURNED PRODUCTS TO THE ADDRESS BELOW WITH A NOTE STATING THE REASON FOR RETURN AND IN ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITH THE ORIGINAL INVOICE. The shipping cost of the returned product is the responsibility of the BUYER.

**If the invoice for the product you want to return is corporate, you must send it along with the return invoice issued by the company. The return invoice must be issued without including shipping costs (product unit price + VAT). Order returns made on behalf of corporations without an issued RETURN INVOICE cannot be completed.
